WashClo Terms and Conditions

The terms “WashClo” or “us” or “we” refer to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user of our website. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Customer Agreement & Terms of Use

In order to use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user Services account (“Account”). You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an Account. Account registration requires you to submit to WashClo certain personal information, such as your name, address and mobile phone number, as well as at least one valid credit card. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. Your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or expired credit card on file, may result in your inability to access and use the Services or WashClo’s termination of this Agreement with you.  You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and, as such, you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times. Unless otherwise permitted by WashClo in writing, you may only possess one Account.

By creating an Account, you agree that WashClo may send you text messages (SMS) as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services. You may opt-out of receiving SMS from WashClo at any time by logging in to your profile or contacting our support team. You acknowledge that opting out of receiving SMS may impact your use of the Services.  You acknowledge that your carrier may charge you for receiving the SMS in connection with the Services.

By purchasing our services, the customer agrees they are at risk at all times for the loss or damage of their personal property. Therefore, the customer agrees any claims and reimbursements must be made in accordance to WashClo’s policies stated herein, and waives any and all other remedies, either legal or equitable, in nature.  By purchasing Washclo’s services, the customer agrees to assume the risk of any damages sustained above and beyond the remedies provided through the reimbursement policy stated herein.

Lost Item Policy

Every measure is taken to ensure there is no loss of personal property. However, in the rare instance that items are missing, a claim must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of pick up or delivery, along with a receipt or proof of purchase and the delivery ticket.

Reimbursement (preferably in the form of store credit) will amount to the lower of either:

  • 10 times our charge for cleaning the item; or
  • The replacement value of the garment(s).  Replacement value shall be determined as such: 25% of the purchase price of the lost item, if bought within the last 6 months, and 10% of the purchase price of the lost item, if bought 7 months or more from the date of loss.  A receipt(s) must be furnished upon request to qualify for a reimbursement.

Although our staff is trained to meticulously examine each garment for private property and valuables left inside garments, WashClo is not responsible for any of such missing items.

Washclo cannot hold unclaimed garments for more than 1 month.  Beyond this one month period, unclaimed garments will be disposed of at Washclo’s sole discretion.

Wash & Fold Policy

By using our services or placing an order through the mobile application, website, or phone you agree to the following terms:

Reimbursements for lost or damaged items tendered through our Wash & Fold laundering service may be issued if a detailed list of each item is accompanied with the order at the time of drop off. The list must include the brand, item style, color and size of each individual item in the order. The value of the reimbursement for Wash & Fold services shall not exceed more than 3 times our charge for cleaning the order, preferably in the form of store credits.  If no list is provided at the time of drop off, WashClo is not responsible for any lost or damaged items and there will be NO REIMBURSEMENTS or compensation of any form.

WashClo does all laundry in state-of-the-art commercial-grade washing machines and therefore does not take “Hand washing” instructions.

All prices on the website or mobile application are estimates based on the bags and quantity ordered and may be subject without notice to change based upon WashClub policy. Should an order include “air dry” or “low dry” items, it is the customer’s responsibility to make reference in the commentary section as to which bag contains the “low dry” garments. Failure to do so might cause such garments to be dried on standard high temperature and potentially sustain damage in the process. While our washing team does its best to identify such items and sort them, WashClo will not be held responsible for any damages to garments due to a failure to label items as “air dry” or “low dry.”


WashClo reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Promo Codes by you or any other user in the event that WashClo determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or the terms of the Terms and Conditions.  Washclo will have the sole discretion to determine whether any Promo Code was used in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or the terms of the Agreement.

Minimum Order

The minimum order charge is currently one medium bag at a price of $19.95 and is subject to change without prior written notice.

Privacy Policy & Miscellaneous

By accessing or using our Services, whether or not you register to use the Service, you agree the terms of this Agreement and to the collection, use and disclosure of your information, which establish a contractual relationship between you and WashClo. You should review the Agreement before providing us with any information.

As a condition of this Agreement, you further acknowledge that WashClo may modify this Agreement at any time. You accept that notice may be given by posting a revision to these Terms and Conditions.  The Terms and Conditions herein shall be binding on your heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

Your continued access or use of the Services after such notice or posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Agreement, as amended. You affirm that you will review this Agreement periodically, so that you are aware of any and all modifications made to this Agreement.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without prior notice.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Reproduction of materials contained in this website; such as design, layout, look, appearance and graphics, is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Except as otherwise indicated, all trademarks, service marks, trade dress and trade names are proprietary to WashClo.

You acknowledge that the information and materials provided on this website may contain inaccuracies or errors and we explicitly exclude any liability for such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

Any dispute arising from the use of our website shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.  The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California shall be the sole forum for any action for relief arising out of or pursuant to or to enforce or interpret, this Agreement.
